📚 How to Register, Update & Manage Students in Amurchem SmartRecord

Amurchem SmartRecord is a smart educational management system designed to simplify class management, student registration, fee handling, and reporting — all in one place.

1️⃣ Class Management

Create and manage your classes with ease. You can:

  • Create new classes
  • Change class status (Active or Archive)
  • Delete classes (only if no students are assigned)

2️⃣ Register Student

Register a new student by filling in:

  • Student Name & Father Name
  • Monthly Fee
  • Admission Date
  • Email (optional)

Note: On the Advanced Package, an email and SMS are automatically sent to the registered contact.

3️⃣ Update Student Data

Edit and update any student information like name, class, contact, admission date, or fee package — all changes are logged for safety.

4️⃣ Change Student Status

You can:

  • Mark a student as Stuck Off by adding a stuck off date
  • Unstuck a student by adding a new admission date

5️⃣ Student Admission Data

Select a student and generate a full admission summary including class and admission records.

6️⃣ Student Details Report

This detailed report includes:

  • Admission Information
  • Fee History
  • Defaulter Status
  • Attendance Records
  • Test History

You can print or download the report anytime.

7️⃣ Student Clearance

To remove a student from active lists after completion:

  • Manually enter fee defaulter months
  • Save clearance details (Only for stuck-off students)
  • You can also reverse a clearance case if needed
