Fee Management in Amurchem SmartRecord
Managing student fees is effortless with the comprehensive Fee Panel in Amurchem SmartRecord. Here's a breakdown of its four powerful features:
1. Collect Fee
Navigate to the dashboard, open the right-side menu, and select Fee Panel > Collect Fee. Choose a student, then select the fee month, year, and submission date. You can also:
- Submit full or half fee
- Check past fee history
- Apply late fee or fines
- Update “last date without fine” from Settings
2. Defaulter Status
Easily view all students who haven’t submitted their fees for a specific month and year.
If you're on the Advanced Package, send auto reminders or messages via SMS or email to notify defaulters directly.
3. Fee Reports
Generate professional fee reports by selecting any student and clicking the Generate Report button. You can also:
- View all fee submissions within a specific date range
- Track historical data for audits or admin reviews
4. Generate Chalan
The system allows you to generate:
- Campus-wise chalans
- Class-wise chalans
- Empty chalans
- Student-specific fee challans
Just enter the required data and hit Generate!
