Staff Panel – Empower Efficient HR Management

The Staff Panel in Amurchem SmartRecord simplifies everything from salary generation to status updates and profit sharing for admin users.

1. Salary – Percentage Basis

Generate teacher salaries based on student count and subject assignment:

• Select a student and add to the teacher's list
• Click Add once per assigned subject
• Generate report based on accumulated data

2. Salary – Fixed

For fixed monthly salaries, enter the following:

• Number of Absents (default: 1 allowed)
• Number of Lates (default: 5 lates = 1 absent)
• Bonus (default: 2-day bonus if no absents)

Select month, year, and pay date to generate salary report. All defaults are customizable in Settings.

3. Submit Amount to Admin

Auto-calculate and submit payments to franchise or school owners via:

• Profit Share: Based on achieved profit
• Percentage Basis: Based on total fee collected

Instantly generate payable reports for accountability.

4. Register Staff

Add new staff members by filling complete details. Upon registration:

• A Login ID and Password are generated
• Credentials can be used in the mobile app
• Email & SMS are sent if you're using the Advanced Package

5. Update Staff

Modify any staff details with ease from this section.

6. Change Staff Status

Terminate staff by entering a termination date.
Note: Their login credentials are automatically deleted to ensure security.
