1. Send Attendance Notifications

If you're subscribed to the Advanced Package, you can instantly notify parents via SMS or email about their child’s attendance status:

• Present
• Absent
• On Leave
• Late Arrival

Note: To send attendance updates, download the mobile app and register a staff member authorized to use this feature.

2. Generate Attendance Reports

Track attendance history with just a few clicks:

• Individual Student Report: Select a student to view their complete attendance record.
• Monthly Class Report: Generate a summary report for the entire class for any selected month.

These reports are ideal for school admin reviews and parent-teacher meetings.
